MEET ROSIE
Rosie was first introduced during World War II as Rosie the
Riveter a symbol of the new freedom women found when
they left traditional roles to join the war effort. Today, Rosie
continues to stand for a womans ability to choose her own
path in life and that includes being able to plan when she
becomes pregnant.
Emergency contraception (EC) offers todays Rosie an
everyday woman trying to balance her goals and responsibilities
a second chance to prevent an unintended pregnancy.
Rosie is a strong, independent woman who makes her own destiny.
Thats why she is the perfect posterwoman for emergency
contraception. Rosie would back up her birth control with
EC and keep it in her medicine cabinet, just in case.
